The OMERCTA command has these parts:

2 Longitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Degrees portion)
3 Longitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Minutes portion)
4 Longitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Seconds portion)
5 Latitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Degrees portion)
6 Latitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Minutes portion)
7 Latitude of 1st point of geodetic line
(Seconds portion)
8 Longitude of 2nd point of geodetic line
(Degrees portion)
9 Longitude of 2nd point of geodetic line
(Minutes portion)
10 Longitude of 2nd point of geodetic line
(Seconds portion)
11 Latitude of 2nd point of geodetic line
(Degrees portion)
12 Latitude of 2nd point of geodetic line
