A. On-Campus Housing

Workshop participants have the option of staying in dormitory housing on the Ohio State University campus during the duration of the workshop.

Each room is air-conditioned with 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, study room with desk, chair and lamp for each resident, telephone, and at least one lounge chair (linens are provided).

You have a choice of the following 2 options:

private room: $230 (full week)
double room: $115 (each occupant, full week)

Please note the full weekly rate (7 days) is more cost-effective than the rate for 6 days. Also, you can stay for July 5-11 or July 6-12 for a one-week payment, and then pay an extra nightly amount if you choose to stay longer than 7 nights.

Please also note that you will need to pay in full as you check in. You can pay by cash, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), or check (made payable to the Ohio State University).

II. WORKSHOP LOCATION

On Monday, July 7th, we will start at 8:00am with breakfast in Room 1080 of Derby Hall, located in the OSU Geography Department.
